ZMZ’s usual practice to collect personal information directly from you via form fields either on the event website, Registration Software or via a hard copy registration form. The ZMZ EVents does not collect personal information about you from any publically available sources or via other means.
ZMZ Events does not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website. This website may use session cookies during a search query of the website or when you access this website.

ZMZ Events only uses your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to the ZMZ EVents and for related, internal management purposes.
ZMZ Events commits to only use sensitive information for the reason it was supplied. Credit card information is not stored as part of the event participant’s personal details.
Information stored is not, under any circumstances, sold to or exchanged with any third party interest.

ZMZ Events does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies:

ZMZ Events may collect and analyze non-identifiable website traffic data to improve our services.
User IDs and passwords
The user IDs and passwords issued are unique to each participants. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user IDs and passwords, and are responsible for activities that occur under their user ID and password. Each member agrees to immediately notify the organizer of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of his or her user ID or password.

You may access personal information that the ZMZ Events holds about you, and you can ask to correct personal information held about you.
If you are on one or more of the ZMZ’s email lists you may opt out of further contact by clicking the unsubscribe option in all emails received by you.
