On August 28th, Zaheer Ahmed, the Managing Director of ZMZ Events, was invited to conduct a specialized training session for the faculty of The Shepherd’s International Academy. As part of the school’s Faculty Development Program, the two-hour session centered around “Enhancing Customer Service in the Education Sector.”
Zaheer’s presentation adapted best practices from the corporate world, emphasizing the importance of building a positive classroom environment. He discussed the power of a smile, the critical role of listening in the education sector, and the impact of effective communication and influence on students. He also explored the significance of conducting customer experience surveys, advising educators to understand what their students and parents value the most, and to tailor their services around these key value moments.
